No Easter Portrait for Biscuit
I have new respect for pet and wildlife photographers. Dogs sure don't take portraits..

This is about as close as we ever got.

Then it was time to go wild.

Time to eat grass.

Time to ponder whether or not to continue eating the grass.

Time to romp, and time to put the tripod in peril.

And time to eat sticks, holding on for dear life.

Happy Easter.

Doggie Day Camp
For a nice treat, I thought I'd send Biscuit to a day of Doggie Day Camp at Canine Campus.
I was told that he was excellent - played well with all the dogs and had a great attitude. "Basically," they said, "he played for 9 hours straight."

I brought him home at 5:30pm. Three hours later, not much has changed.
Biscuit is a very satisfied customer! Three cheers for doggie day camp!

Red & Gold
My hubs is sick, but that doesn't mean that Biscuit is going to sit quietly until he feels better.
We escaped the house for a little frolic in the leaves. Grass, leaves, snow - doesn't take much to make this pup happy.

"Drop the treats already, Ma!!"

And that was all the patience he had for one day...

Halloween on the Lawn
I love Halloween on the Lawn... a chance to see adorably dressed up children and dogs. What's not to love?
This girl got very excited when she saw Biscuit, because she was dressed up as a dog.

Biscuit got to meet a French Bulldog/Princess.

Bees and Peacocks. Ladybugs and Skunks.

A Pink Butterfly.

Biscuit got to see the Ghost of Halloween Past... or, what he looked like this time last year.

We saw a lone hamburger.

And something to do with Dr. Who, though I've never seen the show.

A Reindeer and a Skunk made friends.

Then the Reindeer took off.

And the Skunk missed his friend..

Biscuit used his bird-dog skills to sniff out a Peacock.

And got some great pets from either a cat, kangaroo, or some kind of rodent.

The house from "Up" was a neat costume.

The lawn was thronged with people.

Though the leaves reflected fall, it was unseasonably warm.
