Breakfast is: Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup McCann's steel cut oats
2 Tablespoons plain canned pumpkin
Dash of pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and one shake of ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves)

Bring almond milk to a boil. Add in steel cut oats, cover and decrease temperature to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pumpkin and spices.

A creamy, fall weather treat... healthy, lightly spiced and filling.
Worth 4 Weight Watchers points.
